Don't try and shift into high from neutral when it is acting like this or you will end up needing a gearbox.

Other than that just blow everything out and have a new belt on hand as it may need one depending on mileage.

Uatv tech has a good bearing set that isn't chinese and not as expensive as oe.

So I got the parts but clutch is stuck. Can't get it out. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thx

When you remove the bolt the outer half of the primary should come off. If not give it a few taps and it will come.

Should be two pins with springs under them that sit in the holes on the shaft.

Don't cheap out on bearings. Get the ones from uatv tech.

So any tips on how to get the secondary back on.
Force of the spring is strong. Can't get it on??

I've been trying, can't evenget it on far enough to start to thread the nut.
Not a one man job i guess. Crap

It might be stopping on the helix ramps . Rotate it 30 degrees or so and try it again .

Cover is off.
Secondary spins when throttled. Helix appears to be lined up.
Removed and reinstalled the shaft,

Went for a ride pulled into garage, couldn't get it into park. Replaced 1 way bearings. Checked both primary and secondary clutch, all good, re installed, now just reverse, creeps, can't get into and other gear
