Google Can-Am manuals and download it for about 25 bucks. It's well worth it and explains everything you want to know about your machine.

 

Take out the passenger seat. Pull out the passenger side engine cover. Drop the skid plates with a 10mm ratchet (makes the job easier, trust me). Now you have access to the oil filter cap bolts & drain plug.

 

Holy ****. Sell that thing. It's much easier to change the oil on a quad.

 

It's not bad. Worst part is dropping the skid plates. Air tools make the job much quicker. While your under there, change out the tranny oil too.
