My front plastic has split about 2in long just above the tire. Hit off a tree. Just wondering what I could use to repair this before it gets worse.

If you drill a small hole at the end of the crack it will not spread.

To repair it you could use a plastic welder, zip ties, mechanics wire, 2 part epoxy among other things.
For the plastic welder you will have to determine what type of plastic your dealing with if you are going to use a filler material. You can get some metal window screen and use a soldering iron to melt a patch into the plastic at the crack on both sides of the plastic.
For the zip ties or mechanics wire you drill small holes on either side of the crack and stitch it. (Zip ties get brittle in the cold so they will likely break in the winter). Mechanics wire will likely be the strongest repair but the least attractive (you can use a soldering iron to melt the wire into the plastic making it less noticeable).
JB Weld makes 2 different 2 part epoxies for plastics, just drill some holes around the crack and apply the epoxy on both the front and back side of the plastic ensuring that it fills the holes you drilled. The holes will act as chemical rivets bridging both sides of the epoxy allowing it to hold better as epoxies don't bond the greatest to the plastic.
