I had the street legal Ryco kit installed when I first purchased my 2021 defender max limited so I am not real familiar with the wiring of it. I do know it’s plug and play and I have found a single inline fuse. This fuse checks out. Any ideas if there is another inline fuse that I can check? Blinkers do not work at all. I checked all the fuses I thought might be connected in the front and under the back seat. Out of ideas here.

Dealing with turn signal issues myself, but with a SuperATV kit on an X3. If they don't work at all, have you checked if you have continuity to both the + and - all the way to the switch?
Does your horn work? I have the same unit on my 2020 defender max limited. Check to see if it got power directly from the battery. If it does there is a fuse within about 6 inches of the connection to the battery. If the horn works you have some other problem and I would check the plug in to the turn module that is sometimes mounted underneath the drivers seat. If the horn doesn't work you are lacking any power to it at all. You can just work backwards from the module with a test light and find where you finally get power.
