Anyone know where I can get or better yet rent the socket to take off the rear swing arms? Is it a 4 wheel drive truck socket or does can am make the own size?
Auto zone has one for rent but I'm not sure of the size

Uhh... Thanks guys. So which one of you is right?
Is it a can am only tool?

no, its not a dealer only item. meaning some sell it..
you can get the aftermarket as well - just depends if the dealer is near you and is willing to sell it. If so ...get it from them
If not ...go to hardware store or amazon and get it there.
The amazon one works - tried it on my friends when his swing arm tore apart.

Hey guys looking for some advice I have a set of renegade xxc trailing arms im getting to install on my 2008 outlander. Ive got the tool for removing the inner nut and the different levers as can-am calls them, so as far as I know im ready to make the switch. Just wanting to get some last minute advice before I attempt this in the next few days. The do's, donts, and any other advice will be greatly appreciated
