Winch rope suggestions for snow plow.

Just purchased my first UTV it’s 2021 defender limited and have a Moose RM5 plow system. I don’t like the 90 degrees loop bend the plow pulley has made on the steel cable. The winch is the Can-am 4500. What is needed to switch it over a synthetic rope? Is it just the rope and fairlead. Should I purchase a plow strap to use in the winter? Or get the plow lift mast from moose pn 4501-0892 so the cable doesn’t have to be hooked to the front bumper?
What is everyone using on their rigs?

I would get a new winch line and a fair-lead if it was my machine. I like the ostacruiser winch line, I have heard it is bulletproof.

Will the winch latch in the spot where the pulley is if you just remove the pulley and put the pin back in? Or tie some Paracord around that pin and hook to that?

You might lose lift amount with that setup though.
